Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C. TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT”)

Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C Terms of Service (“Agreement”).

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C, which is owned and operated by Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C. You must be 18 years old or older to use, access, view or browse Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C. By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. We reserve the right to use any content (images, text, artwork, videos, etc…) of any member for promotion purposes on our social media channels during and/or after your profile has expired or been removed. All content including videos, images, poetry, blogs, etc… on our website and/or our social media are the exclusive property of Prison PenPal Connect. They can not be copied, redistributed or reproduced in any way without facing possible legal action. We market our platform extensively on social media and are in no way responsible for any comments made by the general public. We reserve the right to use our discretion in selecting which social media channels we promote our members.

TERMINATION

Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice. Submitting fraudulent information is a violation of our TOS and can result in your profile being removed without notice. If a member wants to terminate his profile after it has been posted, we do not issue a refund for any reason whatsoever. When a profile has been posted we have met our obligations. Any member of Prison PenPal Connect found deliberately misleading someone for money, perpetrating fraud, scamming any individual(s), or violating any of the provisions of Title 18, US Code, Section 134 will be removed immediately from Prison PenPal Connect and subject to prosecution under the aforementioned Title 18, US Code, Section 134. However; If you or someone who sets up a profile for you decides that they want to terminate the profile before it has been posted we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of any refunds.

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C. Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Prison PenPal Connect, L.L.C reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
